XM Vin numbers

Hi!
Hoping to decipher my VIN plate on a newly acquired 1992 XM 4 cylinder 5 speed. And the other codes on the plate

VF7Y3AC0006AC8441
1845
3145
1 - 1020
2 - 825

Vf7 = France, Citroen.
Y3 is Xm, Series-1 body.
AC = Xu10, 2.0 injection, 8 valve engine with manual gearbox, saloon.
0006 = the sixth series run of the AC type.
AC again...Engine/ body type
8441 = Unique serial number of that car.

1845 = Gross vehicle weight
3145 = Gross train weight
1 - 1020 = Max front axle load
2 - 825 = Max rear axle load.

Hi,
I need some help to establish my XM production year because in registration it says that's a 1996 model but it has an Y3 code in VIN number which clearly tells that is before facelift, of course it looks like Y3. I tried decoding VIN online but i get random numbers each time sometimes it's 91, 94 or 90. Also I looked on some interior trim pieces and the produciton year at most examples says 1991 so it confuses me even more.
The subject is XM break with ZPJ V6 engine, VIN number: VF7Y33AW0000AW0239.
I really appreciate any help.
