I'm in Scotland emptying a house as it sells this week.

Bought the new house (another one - which hopefully will go through)

so been to busy to enjoy my birthday!

well, this is what I bought last Friday, hopefully. I'm getting less and less excited about house buying nowadays as I realise that they can all slip through!

Has a small double garage, two workshops plus an office in the outbuildings!

and off road parking for seven vehicles - or even more if they get rid of the stonking huge yacht in the front driveway! That'll be fun!!!!

0MG, what a place! Today I read that houses in Ireland go for as little as 8.000 euro's, that's say 6200 pounds? Seems a good time to start investing ?! Anyway it seems everybody is congratulating so hereby my congrats as well from Ireland.
