I agree really. I thought the Citronut trophy was enough and a nice touch.

I don't know, shed of the show was always a little off but depends how you take it, the rat look is very now.
I think if there are any awards the people attending casting the vote makes it a lot nicer and more realistic rather than a few individuals picking all the cars.

Doesn't really make any difference though tbh, in Malcolm's case it is a nice way to remember someone though, was Rogers trophy awarded?

Bit of good weather has shown its self at last so the XM got unwrapped this morning and taken out for the day to stretch its legs.

Been a bit busy the last couple of months so its just been tucked up and not used, I have finally found a way to keep then car clean and condensation free after years of experimenting with different car covers, the key seems to be thick blankets, good air flow and a tough water proof covering, I am using thick plastic sheet, DPM to be exact. The result is no condensation or dust on the car during extended layups.

Very interesting, especially if I need to garage mine at all over the winter. Half tempted too actually, but seems ridiculous to do that after what I have just done to it!

Not at all Russ, garage it and keep it away from the salt, give it a run out when the weather is good and the salt has been washed away, preservation is key especially with parts availability dwindling by the day too don't forget.

Mine rises in about 20 seconds tops if its only been left a day or two, after a few months its a bit slower but still pretty good, Viagra (the way I understand it) would give full ride height for two days but two hours after you need it, maybe yours has already been taking it, that's the problem.

expect your right there! Infact I'm not so sure the Viagra is in date, it doesn't last... It can't keep it's nose up for long.

I am beginning to seriously think it might be a good idea to start garaging it in the winter. Certainly would help to protect it, plus I just tend to use it, particularly in January for some reason.

Dean, I thought your car port would keep the car dry over the winter, no?
Is it riding a bit high at the front?

It does keep things dry to an extent, in stormy conditions the rain blows in and in very cold conditions condensation forms on the underside of the polyroof and drips onto the car, condensation forms on the car itself too but wrapped up and we'll insulated this isn't a problem.

Ride height wise I think it's camera / angle, it may be high though but it rides fine, more than fine actually. I did set the height 7 or 10 years ago when it got a new front height corrector and linkage service.
