I think I might have got the reason why the car is slow to rise and throwing up the low pressure message every time it's cold started. Wasn't on for long this morning though... A bit of extra revs helps as well, so the idle could go up a tad.
But today, I noticed the hydraulic pump was noisier than normal. Infact rotating the main pulley wheel when it was off the car, you could hear the internals clacking together... Not badly, but enough for my ignorance to think it was normal.
Rotating the mandarins pump in comparison.. it is silent. So there possibly lies the culprit. Another job to do, swap the pumps.
If it doesn't snow and is not too perishing tomorrow, I might try and change that fuel pipe. And pigs might fly!
