I don't do X rally, its a long and expensive trip on boring roads to a 1 day event, two hours on the ferry round trip plus about 6hrs driving, I love all dearly, just not that much

The lexia told me the abs fault is open circuit to n/s/f wheel restrictor solenoid, no faults on the hydractive but it wasn't illuminating the sport light with ignition on either and after diagnostics the ECU failed altogether giving only trigger voltage to the hydractive valve, no holding voltage or dash light at all.
all the earth points were a bit loose on the n/s wing and cleaned all ECU plugs with a nail file and gave the plugs a little stretch and the hyperactive sprung back to life, light illuminates for a second with ignition on now, time will tell with the abs, it may be earth or safety relay issues.
Engine diagnostics were inconclusive, no faults found.
live data showed the intake temp sensor was a little ambitious but blowing it did reduce the temp to 15c, taking the sensor out and holding it over the hot engine gave 33c, unplugging the sensor strangely gives either a reading of +19 or -33 but looking at live data it doesn't seem to affect the engine which will start perfectly with no eml with the intake sensor unplugged , it does record a fault of sensor open circuit or short to +ve though.
I have found the fuel pump sounds a bit worn and groans when first triggered so we have prime suspect number 1 in the bag, filled the tank today too

Steering wheel is off centre between splines also so I shall give the track rod ends a turn each to bring that into line.
Sounds bad but I'm still pleased, not bad for the amount of bits its been in sitting outside untouched for 4 years!
