The book speed it 146mph with 200bhp, so to go the additional 33% faster would need 3 times more power, so 600Bhp, should just about do the 200mph.

Well the needle speed was off the clock . Dont care what the book says. The 24v prvs pull right into the red line of 6.600rpm (I think its 6,600 not seen mine for over a month now)

Theres no power tail off on these monsters!!

A propos...

A Thema for breaking on ebay -V6 auto. This is a PRV afair, a pre-XM/605 (2.975cc) version, when it still had assymetrical firing, like in the R25s.

Yes, i noticed the E reg is it....

Themas were introduced in 1985 then possibly G/ H reg time they had a facelift and lancia put dark indicators under the headlights. Made them look smaller.

Bodywork looks decent, interior ok, so either engine/gearbox or welding. I've repaired worse!

I think these V6 ones fell into disregard as the later turbos were so much faster. They were even faster than the 8.32, in most situations!

I love the color of this one, not seen it before.

Tiny update, nothing much to report really. Aircon panel has been a bit BL and has gone on strike a few times. But usually sorts it self out. Not done it for a while either so possibly a loose connection or earth issue. I have been checking on the fuse which famously melts, and it seems fine.

Otherwise nothing else apart from having to tighten up the hydro pump belt. Well i say that, I had a helping hand from a certain captain who tighten up the bolt!

I plan on doing quite a few things on it this summer. Underseal the rear subframe, new rear discs, try and fix the drivers door puddle light. Ect ect. Blah blah

Oh yes and the MOT has been booked for the 28th. ARGHHHHHH!
