My Neighbours is where taste goes to die. Imagine these Tiger seat covers... on a lovely Opel Manta coupe too. And I do believe furry dice where in evidence at one point. They are the black sheep of the entire road. ;)
Fortunately their Picasso has been left standard.

Oi Russ, I'll have you know that my Activa sports a very tasteful and elegant set of furry dice!

I used to live around the corner from an Audi A6 which interior had been re-covered in brown, orange and green tiger stripes. After 5 years they sold it and another Audi appeared, this time with leather, until a few weeks passed and then that too was done in the same stuff. I could only assume they were German, as no other nation has such an eye for sheer awfulness.

This was the interior of the top end limited edition Mercedes 500e - that's leather by the way

The ruined an Opel Manta but leave a Picasso unscathed. They must be mental.

They're very discreet Russ :D

The girls bought them for me years and years ago when I had a 205GTi and because they bought them for me as a present for what was then a new car to me they're a bit special...

A few years ago the cords disintegrated and I had to do a repair on them. That's how special they are to me...

Back in the day I had a lovely Diamond White Manta - gorgeous car. It was what the Cavalier should have been.

I think the paint is ok, but it doesn't have the depth of a Merc of the same era (tragically reversed only a few years later). I'm tempted to let you loose on my 190 Cosworth Vince, as it has been resprayed and the surface needs finishing, rather than the black car which does polish up well.
Ooh the 190 cosworth....that would be nice to work on :P

Jim, of course I can do yours for you...Your not as far away as Charles is so I could do yours on a quick stop over if you have a spare couch anywhere for me to rest my weary bones :P

Im looking forward to doing some cars over the winter months....too much office work and no play otherwise :)
