I'm still here, still good and still going well. Making a batch of marmalade this morning. First time so it's a bit of an experiment.
Yesterday was mostly work and then serious rest. Seems to have worked
Must go and check the cars later.

Marmalade turned out excellently. Compared to shop-bought stuff there's no contest. Mine just tastes of oranges and nothing else.
I've had an entire morning of cooking, starting off with a wholemeal cob I was kneading the dough for at 05:00, the aforementioned marmalade, a big hearty beef stew that’ll last a few days and finally a fruitcake...
Not a bad effort. No more cooking now until Wednesday when Robyn has requested a moussaka for dinner...
Hopefully the weather will allow me to play at least a bit of car this afternoon [-o<

Blimey Jim, putting all all of us to shame! Good for you.
Where the cars still outside? You do need to check them from time to time...just incase they go for a little joy ride!

Russ, I have to make sure the XM is not talking to the Xantias and giving them naughty ideas on how to make ownership of them more exciting...
It's Ok, the XM can't go anywhere on her own - I've not told her the keypad code

I never did get to check any of the cars yesterday. It turned out to be a very social sort of afternoon and by the time I'd had a couple of very enjoyable phone calls, gone to see a friend and got a cross trainer home and installed in the conservatory the day had gone...
Not worked out what's making the trainer cross yet but perhaps it'll be happier now it's not stuck in a dark garage and covered in dust. It's a fearsome beast. It even measures heart pate and calories burned....

They're good cross trainers. I had one till the welds gave way! Cheap rubbish, but it did work.
