Been fiddling around under bonnet in pissing rain, and found a lose connector near the ecu area. Hey presto horn works!

I've removed the ecu and now the abs is sorted

Removed and re-installed, or just removed. If just removed it will fail the MOT as they look for the light illuminating on IGN on.
