What metal do you use for your patches?

I have a few Xantia wings knocking around here that nobody wants and i guess they'd be good for patches?

I think as time goes on Russ, we're all going to have to learn the noble art if we want to keep running XMs (and Xantias for that matter) in the future...

My next purchase will be a decent MIG kit or if I can stretch to it a TIG kit. I already have stick and gas but neither is suitable for welding an XM

My current patch is a galvanised ROOF sheet from the last XM to go..

The next bit will taken out the roof of the Xantia V6...

Ive a couple of bonnets I could use when I get really short..
