Yes, I use it, but the format is archaic and I find it time-consuming wading through the repeated/quoted bits to get to the relevant info.

It's sad to see how the numbers using it over the years have dwindled because of their cars being scrapped or passed on. I think some of the members use it without using a web interface, maybe it's better that way but I haven't tried it.
