P Reg exclusive on M23

Last night, abut 5:15, northbound on the M23 near the Crawley junction. It was a P reg Exclusive going very slowly behind a lorry.

I didn't get too good a look as it was going so much slower than me. I was only doing 70 (really, I had the cruise set to 70 to save on fuel, I'm not just saying it to sound legal, honest, I know it's not like me, but it was 70... got 800 miles out of the last tank) so I presume it was only doing 50 or so. I didn't even notice the colour! It had exclusive badges and was a P reg hatch.

The odd thing about it was that it looked like it had a white garage seat cover over the driver seat as though it was being delivered from a garage.
