I Think I have that road test magazine somewhere....

Another DP reg car - all press cars must have been DP.. Im sure the two 24v cars used were DP reg too, and strangly both are also "manderin" or Maroone...

Second link, comparing the interiors, "..... the XM interior is PLUSHER then the BMW ...." I like that!!

A dustbin would be plusher than a BMW!! the interiors really are awfull, like the ride really! I have a theory that the dreadfull interiors lead to BMW drivers being in a hurry to get wherever soe they can then get out of the car...

Mandarin was a popular colour for dealer demonstrator cars, possibly due to being pearlesent.

Most things are better than a BMW, but especially XM's
