Need help finding a gift for my girlfriend for our one-year anniversary

Good evening,
On July 19th at 7 PM, I’ll be officially celebrating one year in a relationship with my girlfriend. Officially, because before that, we were more like friends with benefits for a good couple of months.
I’m in a very special relationship with her. We’ve gone through intense, meaningful moments — both good and difficult. Some might not get it, but we’re kind of in sync. We often understand each other without even speaking, just a look or a gesture is enough. Sometimes, we send each other the same message at the exact same time. We think alike, and we can also spend hours talking.
She’s my girlfriend, but also my best friend and my confidante (even though I’m not a fan of that word — it feels very Skyblog generation). She’s always been honest with me, about our relationship and her past.
Here’s my problem: I’m really bad at finding gifts… and she knows it. She’s even told me I’m not great at it. I’ve had a few good ideas in the past — like pearl earrings, a ring, a little notebook listing 20 things I love about her (with photos), and I once surprised her with a festival trip — she was stunned, especially knowing how hard this is for me.
Recently, she said she’d love a gift that reminds her I’m there for her. Something tangible she can hold, and smile at, thinking of us. I thought of a cute plush — maybe a classic teddy bear holding a heart. (We’ve never actually said “I love you” yet, but we both feel it — it’s coming soon.)
I also know someone who makes floral arrangements. He’s currently in Brazil for an international craftsmanship competition, and he offered to help me create something beautiful.
My girlfriend loves fashion and has a classic style. She’s into statement jewelry, especially big necklaces. I found one I think she’d love, and I believe it would look amazing with a dress from Boho Via. Their boho-chic collection really suits her elegance and personality.
We’re based in Québec, by the way — so if anyone has tips or suggestions from here, I’d love your thoughts.
What do you think? Would a plush and a beautiful Boho Via dress make a meaningful gift?
Let me know!
Thanks
