Yorkley is close to me if anyone wants it viewed - think I'd prefer Andy's one though!

I would like to contact him but there doesn't appear to be a 'contact seller' option on the listing.

Actually Peter, forget his XM estate, buy the Ford 400. This is the only time I will encourage someone to buy a Ford. We have a Ford 3600. Its an excellent tractor.

Go on Peter, its a manual diesel, and you can't go fast in it!

They're even more fun when the brakes work. They're easy to power slide in the wet (cow crap is even slipper :D ), just lock up the inside wheel!!

I would very much like a tractor - with a hedge trimmer but can't really justify it, would only get used once or twice a year. Our land only ever provides hay or lamb, not my sheep I must add - couldn't do it, wouldn't make a farmer. :( .

I now have another phone number which my son got from his mobile phone :o :?

Went to see it today, its not your usual silver but a sort of gunmetal colour, not seen one like that before. At first site it looks quite smart except that most of the lacquer has come off the bonnet, I could have possibly have coped with that but not with the rust in the cills, front o/s and rear n/s, no holes but it doesn't look as though it would take much.... Strangely the jacking points are OK, the interior is tidy as is most of the body, with a couple of dings on the o/s rear. The strut tops are rusty but seem solid.

Didn't try to start it as by this time I had decided that it wasn't for me, certainly good for spares though or even possibly repair. Its obviously been parked in that field for some time as the bottom of the tyres have nearly dissapeared below ground.

I might go and look at the one in Warrington, if he hasn't sold it yet.
