Hi Robert, sorry for delay,have driven home from Hamburg(a bit dodgy through the Drummochter pass,6" snow on the road, but the XM IS A GOOD SNOW CAR).
The service is a subscribed service and then you can access the repair manual.As i haven't advised them of my change of address from France,and still have my French bank account and debit card,i pay for a €4 hourly session,which is more than sufficient to check out the occaisional query.

John,I have scanned in the tooling info but am having difficulty uploading.Will try and work out why.
