The early V6 advertised on Leboncoin has a registration date of 23rd May 1989 Russ, rather than a build date, which I think might well mean it was at the launch, or otherwise what a strange coincidence!! The chap at NL XM Club reckoned the car build date could be only one or two weeks earlier, therefore there is still a good chance mine could also have been present! Regards, Matthew T.

Of course, sorry reg and build dates are quite different. So it really could have been there. Looking at the video, the amount of XMs in that colour might suggest they used every available dark grey car made up till that point. The factory workers must have been relieved when mandarin, white, green, gold ect cars started going down the production line!

Just wish Citroen could somehow confirm yours and any others still about were there.
