MIRA is in Nuneaton. It is meant to be or is an independent highly secure test facility for manufactures to test new cars. You can see it on google earth. They have a massive banked bowl to test things like top speeds. The Alpine handling track was used for Casino Royale where Bond smashes his DB9 up. Top gear have been there too on several occasions. BL cars spring to mind!

I think MIRA was set up to improve the safety of cars back in the 50's. Very highly regarded test facility.

The platinum colour was used in many publicity brochures as you say Russ and the car is certainly si spec. Regards, Matthew T.

Yes thats right. It has velour interior doesn't it. It was certainly a petrol....but was it a V6?
