Get saving.. she be for sale when finished and if i can do a good enough job....
My bet is that inside the cill the bottom 30mm or so of every plate that makes up the cills will be rusted through.
They typically turn out worse inside than they look outside once you open them up.
Big job to salvage the car but probably worth it as one of the few XM's that in concours should sell easily.
