I would also think that you will more likely find a car from southern France which has significantly less rust than that, although you may pay more there. If looking in France, pay attention to cars with no CG (Carte Gris) or CG in arrears, as they are sold at a big discount because in France such cars cannot be re-registered, they must be scrapped or exported. I beleive that it is still comparatively easy to register such a car imported to the UK.
