I've seen that video before.

Here is a federalised XM. Look at the headlights.

I think they took them from a Saturn or something. But what I don't get is why they wouldn't allow the original headlights.

still tryng to find that video...very difficult, might have been removed.

All US approved cars had to have DOT approved headlamps.
