It was a Prefect, not a Consul, although they are the same cars in a different dress.

Very nice! What do you mean stopped by the police? Why would they do that for? I like all the cars there!

I used to go to another meet, but it got so big there were problems. We are talking of 200 cars on display and about 250 in the overspill field and 500+ motorbikes.
As well as the exceptionally nice cars on display there would be people with muscle cars and bikes that wanted to do burnouts in the lane.
The police were in regular attendance and had the helicopter out once.

That E28 BMW M5 is just Phhhwwooooarrrrr....
I LOVE the E28 BMWs one of my all time favorite BMWs...
