Ahhhhh BUT I have a spare S1 dash, so Id rif that horrid excuse of a S2 dash and fit the S1 Proper dash...

Urrrmmmm... externally very little to nothing..the door mirror GLASS is bigger and fills the Casing..

the rest is under the skin. Earth points are bolted, the suspension ECU has better parameters and so the suspension is more likely to work correctly, a twin spoke steering wheel was fitted, the Main Headlight switch moved from the roatry switch on the steering cowling to the indicator stalk in the form of a slide switch, and cruise control was added to SEi Spec cars..

These are the main visual differences, so unhidden ones I dont know fully..

Interesting. Are there s2.5 too or s2 is the last one? Why do you prefer s1 instead of s2?

Better spoiler, better more "Airey" spacious cabin due to a lower dash, I think the S2 dash Looks TOO plasticley and cheap, Hydractive 2 is a pain sometimes, though there are fix's so thats not a vaild point of mine... crap stupid lip spoiler on S2., LHD displays ALWAYS work on S1 cars, again there are fix's are S2 ones and they are not directly compatible. A Stupid half flap over the radio instead of a full size one..

I like the look of s1 exterior much more. But I like s2's interior. I am planing to convert my car's exterior to s1. Do I have to change the headlights for front panel between the headlights?

Totally agree with all that. Why I prefer S1..... Better looks.

The grills are cross compatible... however, the front bumpers are also different, in that the front fog/indicator lamps are much larger and are bolted behind the bumper, and the S1 Fog/Indicator lamps are smaller and push and clip in..
