I don't think anyone has a CAD drawing of the bell-crank.
A local precision engineers could mill a stainless steel bell-crank for you, or a fabricator could make a U shaped sleeve you could then cut and drill to fit over your existing plastic piece.
You could even make a metal piece using only hand tools and a drill.
Either way, I would be inclined to keep a needle roller bearing, as it should stop the bell-crank, or pivot pin, wearing.
