I was just pulling onto the M5 at from J27 Tiverton in my red Xantia, looked to the side and an XM is there!

I followed 'V6 XMS' and overtook to give an enthusiastic smile and wave which was returned, I then got a cheerio toot pulling off J25 Taunton!

To the driver of V6 XMS, you really made my day :D

Gives me a bit more motivation to sort the new oil leak on my XM. Though I've decided sensibly I need to get the GSA sorted first and then the 605 so it may not be until next year.

I knew I'd turn up on here! Just coming back from a 400 mile trip to Penzance and back to Bristol. This is a very nice V6 24v in great condition. I've had it about 4 months now and as I've found with all my cars, the more you drive them the better they are.
The only fault in this one is the suspension is a bit hard (even after changing all 8). I suspect the rear electrovalve might be the problem. Must put the lexia on it again this week.

Next job is changing the spark plugs as it is a bit lumpy at idle. Currently managing about 30-32mpg at a sedate 75mph on the motorway. But with the V6 you can suddenly be at 90 and not notice!

Great to get a wave! Cheers!
Steve.
