Hydraulic fluid on M25 at Maple Cross!!

On radio 5 as I'm driving home "Two lanes on the M25 westbound at Maple Cross are closed because of a broken down car on the hard shoulder. The car spilled a large amount of hydraulic fluid onto the carriageway and two lanes are closed."
OK. Own up, who was it! When I drove past a few hours later the two lanes were still coned off but the car was long gone. You could easily see the large dark patch on the road.
