I am tempted, but I don't have any camping equipment in this hemisphere. It is a pity that the route does not come near our home (which is about 2 hours south east of Paris)

It really does look like a wonderful route, through some stunning scenery. Millau is just breathtaking.
I would really love to see this too - designed by a British Architect! Hopefully I can firm up plans with you later this week Mark if that is okay!

That's fine Matthew. PM me if you like. I've also suggested a day excursion to Clermont Ferrand to visit the Michelin factory/visitor attraction. Perfect opportunity to stock up on Bibendum related merchandise.
