Yes quite correct Paul, mine's the facelift version so has got a slightly revised front end including different bumper, bonnet, grille etc.

Other small differences include different rear lights (the 55 Plate car has added facelift lights), different mirrors and slight interior changes.

Just realised I didn't take any pics of dad's XM there...

Diravi makes them so special too - I quote, "Like a CX GTi Turbo with attitude!".

A crying shame that the UK didn't get Diravi on XMs...

Another great event and many thanks to those responsible for organizing everything!! It was very nice to see all the regulars and also to make some new acquaintances amongst the XM crowd. Here are a couple of photos of Patrick's S1 24v which I was pleased to take for a spin around the campsite! Regards, Matthew T.

Good rally, shame the weather didn't play ball, but in some way maybe for the best. Siring heat is not fun in an open field with little shade.
Well done to all those that organised it. Would be very interested in how many attended over the weekend.
And more importantly, I have finally experienced a Xantia and a 24V mk1 Xm. Smitten! thanks very much Matthew and Jim.
Stumbling across that gold VSX mk1 Xantia was a bit of a mistake too. 8-)

I had an extremely long conversation with Nigel Wild last night, and there is a possibility it might be else where next year.....I cheekily suggested Cheltenham Race course!!!!  Well we have the Gloucestershire Warwickshire railway at the racecourse it's self, and Prescott Hill climb up the road....might not be such a bad idea.
So who knows......like hell it will!

It's back hot around these parts again today and if that had been like it at the weekend it would have been purgatory... Even despite the cold and lack of sun I still got badly burned..

I must say it was an absolutely excellent rally and I enjoyed every second. The only complaint I have was the lack of on-field catering and loos.. The walk to each was just about as much as I could mange  Today I couldn't. I am, as expected. absolutely and utterly wrecked but it's well worth loosing a day (he hopes ;) ) for such an enjoyable weekend.

Pleased you enjoyed the Activa Matthew and Russ :D

Russ, excellent idea to do the next one at Cheltenham racecourse. I like the idea of that, especially with old trains thereabouts :D
