Many thanks for the event on Sunday Franklin to both you and your Dad and it was very good to catch with a number of the regular crowd. A really fantastic setting as well!! The weather was a bit disappointing and the number of early XM's very low, but still well worth the effort. Here a couple of my photos including a roadside shot on the return home!! The three H platers are a full house as far as engines of that year go.

That was quite a unique gathering Will, especially as there were no other series one cars and we all ended up parking together. The three prize winning cars were also side by side oddly enough! I believe the 24v was available in the UK late 1990 and I know Paul's is an early example and probably of that year. Mine is also on a H although registered in early 1991. I have added a shot of your lovely car that I hope is okay. With regards, Matthew T.

Your bumpers make mine look faded...imposters...!!

I think Paul's must be a very early 24v as I didn't think they were available until 1991, though I could be wrong.

Also it would be good to have cars parked in series order if not registration order at all Rally's...just need to get people to arrive in date order...

Has anybody noticed how the colour blue suits Citroens. Not many cars look good in blue, but it seems to suit all the classic Citroen shapes very well.

Maybe the designers only had blue pens...
