Been driven in the back of an XM recently?

Fiancée hates the XM, but drove it to the shops. I couldn't resist jumping in the back for a ride.
It's sublime back there with a wonderful view out of the front and wonderful smooth comfort. All that glass gives a great view as you are slightly higher in the back. Also, as the seats have probably hardly been sat in, they are much more comfortable than the driver's seat.
Go on, jump in the back!

Too right, James - it's a great experience in the back. Enjoyed ours when my son played Chauffeur on our wedding day back in 2000, complete with chauffeur's hat! He had another stint behind the wheel last year down here, this time for a motorway dash to Malaga airport to pick up his fiancee - an advanced driving instructor for McLaren. Her first journey in the car, and suitably impressed with a ride much quieter and softer than their A3.
Only thing lacking in the back: drinks cabinet. Not even a cup-holder - what were Citroen thinking? Bet Herliez didn't overlook that.

I'm getting married in July and have joked about the XM making an appearance! Your white one is probably much more appropriate though.

Delage red would make a spendid carriage, if not for you, then somewhere in the cavalcade!

Secured my wings last night... so you never know once they've had a lick of paint. Very pleased!
