People here cope with the loss of an XM in an accident or otherwise by getting another one. Some also do the same thing when their dog departs. But it's so different. You can't compare the metal beast with the real living companion. The love one feels for and shares with the Shepherd, the companionship you have with him/her or whatever dog it is, is different. I know. I couldn't stand a second loss . . .
