Steering wheel swap over?

Hello
I picked up my ct Turbo 1994 a few weeks back. It had a cover on the steering wheel because the wheel is disintgrating?
It's a twin spoke type with the radio buttons.
Could I change it for a single spoke steering wheel? Straight swap?

Yes the wheel can be changed for a single spoke Paul, which I have done myself on later S1 cars. Regards, Matthew T.

Perfect thanks. Brakes yard tomorrow. 8 breakers yards side by side in Malaga.

Nothing at the scrappies. A few breakers in the Spanish secondhand papers tho.
