Hi Dean

Are you able locally to get a block of hard nylon or similar turned as a bush ? Used with a suitable plain shank bolt, I can't see any problem at all. If you are really stuck, a firm we use will make pretty much anything in the bushing department, but not overnight -- usually around a working week.

Thanks Mike but i have a few spare rams kicking about.
I have got the rack out, it took 3hrs and went to plan, i will post some finds later when i update the self help section.
I went in this morning to SES and told the man on the counter to order another rack, and that i wanted it tomorrow morning, he's agreed and ive been told it will be here no later than 10am..............we shall see.
