Re: I found you
The original .com forum version is still there but the usual front end index is corrupted; the main database is still ok
and accessible! You can get in for reference and even post if you want by linking in through an old page bookmark or
direct links posted in threads here - just do a search on this forum using the top of the page links.
Seems the old forum isnt going to come back any time soon.

Re: I found you
Good to see you Bob
A thought just occurred to me, there are a few others who frequented the old forum who are notably absent here, is there anything over there that refers to this site, or has anyone that arrives here got the info via FCF?
I know some people have been unaware of how to even access the old posts via the back door method on the other site...

Re: I found you
There's been no movement on the "other place" for a while now and I wouldn't expect those who got locked out
to get back in if they hadn't already done so and for that matter through FCF. Interesting there's been an update
on Wiki actually - that was a good call by someone here?
Actually the hope would be a mention of the forum in the buyer's guide that Peter had a hand contributing in!!

Re: I found you
Hi Ciarán,
Can I suggest you add a 'Links' page to the site so that other Citroen related forums etc can be readily accessed. eg to include Assich's links above to the old Club-XM, French Car Forum, Citroen Technical Guide, etc etc
It would make life easier not having to sift through bookmarks /favourites or whatever.

Re: I found you
As an additional extra to Ken's mention of a Links option, how about a specific area for
"introductions" as per the old forum listing above? Always an interesting read - especially
from guys off in far away places around the world and I don't just mean Anglesey!
One more thing: wouldn't "forum guidelines" sound better than "site management"
as an easier signpost for newbies?
