One of the screen shots even says "freely distributable document - selling is prohibited" which along
the way I did find and download. What's blatantly taking massive liberties is the Gábor Deák Jahn document.
It's flouting ebays so called rules anyway and needs pulling so I'm of a mind to report this!!

Hold on a wee sec, that document is freely available from Gábor's site, the 'BX Do it yourself' one, so not only is this joker completely taking the piss out of him and his hard work, but they're also laughing at any potential buyer, who'll be paying for something accessible to anyone with a web browser...
Unbelivable.

E-bay only enforces policies and rules they can profit from.
And what's this with this seller. All the material sold is advertised with female models like they are peddling soft porn

They probably do and have just changed the picture for an Xm - have a look at the many other car listings!
It's all clever visual fluff to con you into parting with your hard earned with the likely outcome of a mere
few Mb of ripped off the net FREE to download files - many sellers are being led to believe they're getting
a full blown manual/book equivalent when they're not; certainly in the case of the Xm files offered anyway.
Funny, when I first saw the ebay preview I though great, there's finally a new book about the Xm I've not
seen before, which is why I was drawn to it in the first place - please don't spend your money with this
ebay seller. If I can find the original file links for the parts manual I'll post them up. The superb BX/XM
site should be on everyone's bookmarks list already!!

Well i totally agree with jan on his first point
As for the second point it could be soft porn in my eyes as i see the XM as being sex on wheels
