I don't think that's an XM though......possibly a Xantia.......?

If it wasn't for the chevrons on the front, I'd have said it was a Ford Sierra/Granada or Vauxhall Carlton.......

Its a series 2 Xantia.

You sure? There are a couple of shots from 58" where it looks very much like an XM -- wider at the front than a Xantia and same shape. And it's certainly not a Mk2 grille.

It's a Xantia S2. I can understand what you mean, but it's too small to be an XM in all the shots too.

The badge has been removed from the grille. Also the interior shot of the guys sitting in the back, you have the large grey panels covering the C pillars, not the nice rear quarter light window.
