Hater Matrix

Hi Folks,

Does anyone have any pictures (or can point me in the right direction) of changing a heater matrix. I'm looking a few for my next Xminations column.

I did have a quick look on here, and XMX posted a link to the other club XM, but its not the 1st of March yet, so I can't get on there!

I really should get into the habit of taking pictures myself.

Now there was this Dutch fellow who posted on XM-L, but also on other forums. He must have changed his matrix - yes he probably hated it (!) - a hundred times. What was his name again - uhh Vincent?
I'll try to find more info.
