I am away from home at present Will but here are some photos of the 12v relays and wiring fortunately labeled in this case! If you do not have a wiring diagram let me know and I shall post on my return next weekend. Regards, Matthew T.

Spider poo is a bugger to get off the interior, horrible stuff.
Are you going to repair the rear n/s quarter or try and cut it off to replace? i looked at getting the rear quarters off the donor car i have but being mostly glued on it could be a little tricky to remove them compared to spot welded panels.

It looks a lot better already.

Thanks Matthew.
Does the 24v, with five follow that order?

I do now have a circuit diagram, so will check colours.

Interesting that you have too many relays on the 24v Will, does it have cruise control? that could be the other purple one.

I intend to repair the n/s rear quarter. The big "cow" dent should press out and the rear edge will need hammer and dolly work, but should come out ok.
The light unit support needs pressing out with a hydraulic jack and a bit of straightening.

The tailgate is definately toast, but I have a spare to go on.

Not got cruise. Don't yet know what all the realys are, but the circuit diagram has five shown.

The wire colours should give it away, not sure what the 5th one would be though if you dont have cruise, does the variable length manifold need a relay?

Sorry I do not have access to my 24v at present Will but I think they do sport five relays. There may be a spare cover in my garage! Regards, Matthew T.

There are definitely five and a couple appear to duplicate functions.

807: Injection sytem power relay. Feeds power to all devices connected with engine running.
818: O2 sensors heater relay.
836: Ignition coil power relay.
802: Keypad relay.
822: A/c relay.

......................do they both run the fuel pump? they are the injection and ignition relays (green) one handles fuel pump priming with ignition on, the other runs it when the engine starts.
Regardless the wiring diagram will make sense when you get to look at it.
If you have no spark but have voltage to the coil, the coil winding resistances are about right then i would suspect the ignition module as the prime suspect.
