European spec cars didn't follow hte same naming configuration as UK spec cars, so it will just say Turbo-D12 on the wing instead of a version type. The European versions were Seduction, Harmonie, Pallas, however, it was possible to spec almost anything as optional extra, such as hte steering wheel buttons on your car.
You description reads like our SED trim level and the appearance is the same.
Most parts on that car appear like early items, but the wood trim came a bit later. Can you post up the RP number, please.

Also called ORGA, a four-digit number paint stamped on the A pillar near the hinge as you open the door. It simply communicates the day the car was assembled on and is used in parts catalogs and other factory documentation to timestamp any modification.

Hello and welcome! A very nice XM you have there! Also, behind the drivers side headlight there will be a code, this tells us the colour of your car, could you supply that too?
Abrigado!
