Do we actually know which trim level it is Will and I have not known carpets to fade, although the central console panels can I agree! The partially wooded console flaps also suggested retro-fitted leather and wood to me. I thought that all UK S1 cars had sunroofs Paul and certainly sd trim? Regards, Matthew T.

It must be a genuine SED as the wing badges say turbo SED. ( of course they can be added, or replacement wings put on)
Faded but they are there. I reckon it is.

I note there are 'sed' wings badges Russ but there are also 'Citroen XM' badges above! The carpet and console fabric panel still look blue rather than faded black to me and why the loose glove box wood trim, missing ashtray wood, and no wood on the doors? Given the age the car should have a full leather and wood interior and be shod with wobbly webs. Whatever the spec. someone has certainly been having a good fiddle!! Regards, Matthew T.

I noticed that too. Wonder where they got those from.

Yeah, it's not very consistent is it hat interior. Quite a collection of parts! I think that the centre console has definitely been out at some point and the side carpet panels replaced. I agree they look blue/grey not black. Faded black carpet goes brown.

I think you might be right Matthew. I hadn't really noticed the bleached carpets, but also hadn't remembered that SE trim carpets are black.

Checking the VIN shows it has seat material of FR, which I think is velour. In addition it shows the car as without ABS, air con, separation glass and heated N/s door mirror and doesn't even state electric drivers seat. I suspect it may be a basic D.

Drastic shortage of switches in the centre console.
Only one visible and there is a 3 switch blanking plate.
Plastic vent in the console side trim is grey, no way is it faded black.

And, lo...we have rear window winders. Yay...

I did notice the doorcards were early version, the dashboard wood supposedly a later version.

I really fancied that car as an SED... :(
