I didn't realise your car was Lucas equipped. The cold start advance and additional fuleing is necesssary for good cold running.

A local diesel specialist will supply parts for a Lucas pump. If you can't find one to supply, try Darwen Diesels.

my pump looks like this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Peugeot-306-1 ... SwuYVWmh9I" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

because the washer on the top is missing the bit you see that looks like contact points will not move neither will the stop lever as the washer that the top lever pivots on is missing it dropped somewhere and im buggered if i can find it

i am waiting for a new fuel filter also i noticed the fuel feed line was loose as hell it was sliding back and forth on the metal pipe very easy so i tightened it up now as i used to see air bubbles running through it when engine was running

but as i said still dont know why when you pull away it is gutless you can honestly walk faster ! yet it ticks over and if you rev it it seems ok although boost guage barely moves

i have checked all turbo ducting all ok

As already said, air will cause this type of problem, as will retarded injection and lack of additional fuel.
Obtain the bushing then see if it is fixed.

You won't generate much boost without the engine under laod.
