Here is my XM, I've had it just under a week and It's giving me problem after problem.... But I'm like a pig in muck

I've nicknamed it "The Boss" as its number plate is K21 CEO
It a K reg 2.1 SED turbo automatic, I'm not sure of the colour, maybe someone here can help me with that?
There's a few jobs to do before the MOT in December, if it passes I'm gonna treat it to a full re-spray next year, and a professional spruce up of the leather interior. It's an on-going project, hopefully within 12 months I'll have it looking pristine and will bring it along to some shows etc, that's my plan anyway
I'm interested in meeting other series 1 and 1.5 owners around the North West just to get a comparison
Ray.

Hi Ray, welcome to 2.1 SED auto ownership. I'm on my second, both have been and are K reg too. Im currently ripping the engine out as the headgasket has gone on mine, The old SED's engine is being plumbed in as a replacement.
Yours is a very nice colour, and quite rare. It looks good, but a shame you have so many issues with it. I'm sure they are straight forward in sorting out. Look forward to seeing at some future rallies.

Welcome Ray and the car looks great in your photo! The colour may be Anthracite as for Russ's original SED that is an interesting blue/grey tint. It would certainly be good to see the car and yourself at a future rally and if you have time and other wheels do drop into the Chevron next weekend! Regards, Matthew T.

That is the Citroen Car Club Chevron Rally this coming weekend at Little Horwood, near Milton Keynes. It should be a good event with a number of XMs in attendance. There is another thread on the subject if more details is required. With regards, Matthew T.

No it's not Anthracite. That is a much darker grey. This is quite a silvery green grey. I like it.
Of course paint code will tell all. ETC I believe is anthracite.

Thanks Matthew T, I'm afraid it's a little too far to go for the day, and at such short notice. But I do look forward to meeting at a more northern location

I can't find the paint code, I know it's behind the passenger side headlight, but, it's like spaghetti junction covered in grime!

It's on the chassis leg just by the airfilter box. Should be a white or yellow stamped code. I know, looking at mine today, it's a bit of a nest of wires!

No chance of finding it, just been out again to have a look and got covered in grime! I'll give it a good de-grease and clean it off.
I'm quite pleased the colour is rare, I wonder if mine is the only green/grey out of the 17 left?
