This week whilst the forum was down I got round to swapping some spheres on CEO, It was all pretty straightforward, and for my first attempt I was done in a couple of hours.

Welding being done in a couple of weeks, not too sure what you mean by 'Rocker Panels'...?

The strange thing is that i would never tell by the looks of that car that it even have a rust.It looks so good on the outside.

Good news are that those sills replacement is not a big job and not a big problem.They can be replaced,protected and painted in 2-3 days.
