Demise of 1993 SED Auto (being broken)

In the process of breaking my 1993 SED auto (as mentioned in the Sales & Wants section); I felt a little vindicated.....

.....add to that a knackered transmission, not to mention the typical XM-related niggles....

Oooo errr. That makes me want to run outside now and investigate mine. Then again..I don't want to find that!

Right choice to break it then.

Did this car live by the sea for many years per chance!! My 1993 mandarin 2.0sei turbo had a little more rust than usual and that spent about ten years in Scarborough. Regards, Matthew T.

Not sure. I bought it at the end of January 2011, from a forum-member in Liverpool. Prior to its stint in Liverpool, I believe it resided in/around Bristol.

Thats nothing compared to the poor ole sed 2.1 manual i have finally got to stripping down..
