It's a boot lamp, hopefully with an orange tinted bulb installed.

It will be required, as they need to be orange. Permanent marker pen is effective.

It also failed on the lack of repeaters Neil that I guess was the more serious issue. The flexibility to which I referred concerned the installation of temporary lights when I made my case for keeping original. With regards, Matthew T.

As long as it has repeaters for the MOT test, they can't fail it, even if you remove them before driving it away.
