I have done some basic prep for the Chevron Rally this weekend and here are some photos taken earlier this morning. My journey from Norfolk to Little Horwood will be via work visits in North Yorkshire so that should be a good test and hope to see you there! With regards, Matthew T.

Many thanks Neil but please do not look too closely as there is still quite a bit of work to be done! If I am honest I do feel a bit nervous about making such a big trip, but I have put on a few miles (km) these last few weeks and we shall see! Needless to say I am taking a few tools in the boot. Considering the state of the car when you bought it I'm surprised the bloody thing will move with all that extra metal underneath it.

Yup, certainly did. I can just imagine my 2.0 four pot non turbo with all that extra metal underneath - I'd have to get out and push.
