I had a helping hand, known as the sun! It had sun on it all morning and most of the after noon, this helped soften the Bond.. which helped with the cutting.

So, inside all clear, one more window to remove three doors and the sunroof and bonnet some panel cutting and we are done..

Put it this way. I certainly KNOW how to build my own spec of XM now, should I have all the options as spares .. ;)

Thanks for the pictures of the heater box removal. Do you think there is any easy way to access the direction flaps without full removal and strip down?

Its rather a large strip down to get to the heater... Annoyingly this D's heater box flaps worked lovly and lightly...
