And there was! Been going strong since Midday and there's a huge covering of the stuff. Going to be fun in the morning... ;)

Indeed, all the best for her test Rob, hopefully it will go ahead. I remember when I was learning, just thinking of that Corsa... <shudder> :x

Test cancelled. Waiting on another date now. Sensible decision given an amber warning for the region and the fact that we have fallling snow. Still frustrating though.

For the best I think. It's bad enough in the dry doing the driving test. :D

My driving test was cancelled for precisely the same reason. Best bit was I was booked to have a notoriously scary examiner, and because of the cancellation, I got a different one. Passed a couple of days before Christmas Day. Best Xmas present ever!

I agree. I was thinking about your daughter and her test driving home this afternoon and thought 'today is no day to be taking a test...'

Hope she doesn't have to wait too long Rob. Often they try to fit them in as soon as they can.

Ah dear, sorry to hear of the test being cancelled. Funnily enough it turned out a mate had his test today, and was cancelled too. Another mate has his test tomorrow, so fingers are crossed that it's going to go ahead. They're very heath and safety concious aren't they... I personally think that the tests should go ahead, unless it's really bad... It's not like you won't be driving in these conditions when you pass...

Here's another picture of the C4, looking rather frosty indeed...

In hindsight, our parking was pretty shocking but considering we couldn't see the lines of the parking bays it wasn't too bad...!

I can see why tests are cancelled as a result of snow, you can't see the kerbs to park or reverse properly.

My 2nd ever driving lesson was in snow worse than Franklins picture.
