My Wife's Mum lives in your neck-of-the-woods near Sharpness Russ and we gathered they too were having a steady fall this morning. It looks like more than a light dusting and hopefully you do not have to go anywhere urgent today! It is coming down again here as I write! With regards, Matthew T.

Unfortunately Matthew I have to go to a funeral later today...if it is still going ahead....but the C5 is being dug out. Not going in the XM. Refuse!

It started to snow yesterday afternoon and continued all evening, but didn't really settle. It has snowed probably since 7-8ish this morning. Still doing it now. We have had a good three inches now.

We only have about 1" and that's melting - hardly worth the effort.

The snow is coming down well now, been going for about an hour now I suppose and showing no signs of letting up.

Just got back after popping to get prescription for my nan as it's no weather for her to be out there and the C4 is covered already.

Roads aren't too bad, just the winding cul-de-sac roads are getting a bit dodgy now.

And after all that, turns out they didn't put all of it in because they didn't have it in. Nice that they told us...

Got to go out again at 5 now, hope the snow isn't too bad. Getting heavier... I now have a white C4. ;)

Ahh well, makes a nice change from black. Actually I would imagine they look lovely in white. Did they ever do a white one Franklin or was it just black and red?

Not in Loeb edition Jim, just Black and Red.

Non Loeb's though, they look great Jim, however very very rare - only seen a couple.

There's actually one on eBay at the moment, a facelift car with the 150BHP THP engine, VTS Spec with Leather Interior. No spoiler though...

I've seen two others, one Coupe, one hatchback.

I like the facelift C4 more than the original. Cleaner less fussy front design.

Well it is STILL snowing. Getting very dodgy now. C5 coped extremely well...very glad I didn't the XM though. Seems Wales are sending over everything they have!!!!!!

The Welsh are very generous people Russ and they really want to share their snow with us all - except us up here in Newport Pagnell it seems... As usual it's almost passed us by and only have about an inch or so here... It's rough all around us apparently.

This often happens. We seem to be in some sort of meteorological black hole where nothing very extreme ever seems to happen...
