This isn't helped by iPad and PC showing 90deg rotated photos!!
If the pipe nut (pipe looks to be either 4.5 or 6.35mm from service-citroen parts diags), then all you should need is a standard union sleeve-rubber of the right size. Citroen parts counter.

UPDATE: The water bowser.... Sorry I mean K-BAN is now out of the elements and is in the same hotel as KVG.
I've taken out the sunroof cassette, and brought it home, I'll have a go at doing something with it tomorrow with the hope of re-fitting it on Saturday. Even after removing the cassette the amount of water that was still inside is shocking, if you have a leaky sunroof you need to do something about it.

Like welding in a new roof skin, without a sunroof...

I've just been out o check the Cobalt car and with the headlining removed, other than a few spots of condensation on the sunroof glass, the car is now completely dry. I intended to investigate further today, but at 0 degrees c, it wasn't the day for doing that.
If this is unsuccessful, a new roof panel will be going on.

Removed the headlining to let it all dry out and to observe why the water isn't exiting the cassette, as planed.
